Few Important Free Hand Exercise to Weight Lose






All those people who are a little healthy or over weight, and trying to lose few more weight, this topic is most important for them. This is most important free hand exercise that I believe. You can do it alone in your home. Around 30 minutes may be takes to complete all these exercise. Lets use your few extra time for your health. If you do these 5-6 exercise daily, then you will lose your few extra weights with in 1 month. It will not only make you to weight lose. It will fresh your mind for the whole day. Let’s discuss about those exercise.


Sit up

This is one of my favorite exercise for abdominal (Abs) part of the boy. If we get a strong abs, we will get a better support for walking, running and when playing something. Sit up known as Curl up, Crunch also for different countries. In my view they all work as same for abs. Now see how to do this exercise.

1) Lie on the floor with your knees bent, keep a distance of several inches between your two knees. And your feet will flat on the floor. Keep your both hand beside your ears.
2) Now Bent the upper body from your waist. Try to contact your abdominal muscles while pressing your lower back in to the floor, and lift your upper body up.
3) Keep your upper body up around 30-40 degree angel for few seconds.
4) After that, keep slowly lower your back and shoulder as the normal position of lie.
5) Do it three set, each set with 8-10 Sit ups. It mean three set = total 24-30 Sit ups.


Side Twisting

Stand on the floor and stretch you both leg beside. Keep a distance of 22-24 inches between two legs. Spread you both hand just beside of you. Then keeping your upper body down by bending from waist, and take your rite hand behind as much you can. At the same time touch your rite foot finger with your left hand. Hold 2-3 seconds. Now do the same as, keeping your left hand behind your body. At the same time touch your left foot finger with your right hand. Do it 20-25 times each set of three set in a day.

Front Back Bending

Stand on the floor. Keep a 12 inches distance between your both leg. Now up your both hand strait on your head. Keep in remind, your both hand will be up towards sky. Now bend your upper body from your waist and try to touch your foot finger. Hold 2-3 seconds. Then stand strait again and bend your upper side towards your back as much you can. Repeat this 25-30 times of three sets.

Side Bending

Stand strait on the floor and keep few distances between your two legs. Now keep your both hand up together. Remember your both hand’s finger will touch with each other. Then bend your upper body from your waist – towards your left side as much you can. But don’t bend your body in front. Do the same thing to your rite side. Do it 15-20 times of three set.



Crunch

Lie Strait on the floor. Keep your both hand just under your head. At this position, raise your upper part of the body from head to shoulder up as much it possible. Hold 2 seconds. Then return back to the first starting position. Remember your elbow will not touch the ground any more. Do it 10-12 times of three set in a day.


You can add Skipping and Cycling in this exercise chart. If you have no rope for skipping, just practice it as shadow. Do it 200- 300 jumps in a day. It is also more effective for your full body worm up.


At first make a daily routine of these exercises with a good low calories diet chart. And follow it 6 days in a week. Take one day rest in a week. In this way, my challenge you will get a slim and solid fat less figure that you never think about for yourself.

How To Gain More Weight And Weight Gain Tips





I found many people like to gain few more weights or being healthy. It means, few more weight they want in their bodies. Many of them are really thick and few are already slim, but still they like more weight or fat. Few of them taking steroid medicine or many supplementary foods. I must say about all of those that taking this type of medicine or supplements continue, has a side effect that’s cause of many disease.

Lets have a look when or why people gets thick and growing with a bad health. Those people being under weight may face of many diseases like diarrhea and many others. 25 % chance for genetics reason. What you eating regular and when you eating them, also how much you eating. We should know all those food you taking in a day, is it enough for you, or not. Is their all of those essential vitamins, fat, minerals and all other health full thing available or not in all those food we taking everyday. You may under weight or thick coz of this reason.

Few Important Weight Gains Tips Or, How To Gain More Weight:-

This is a big problem for many people, who are very thick or under weight since they born, or the reason of genetics.
But I must like to say, nothing is impossible. Its true weight gain is very hard for few of us, but it also very easy too for few of us. Let’s share few very important weight gaining tips for you.



• First I will tell you to forget about all those daily routine you were following in past. Make your new routine with a good healthy diet chart. The diet chart with full of protein, fat, calories, carbohydrate and minerals. Remember eating food is one of main factor of weight gain or weight loses.

• Choose few healthy foods when eating. At least 2 times try to eat heavy meal. Eat high calories food like, chicken, mutton, egg, milk, fruits, ice cream, chocolate, junk food, cold drinks, soda water etc. few of those food try to eat daily, even dinner. If possible take beer at least twice in a week. But don’t over drink it.

• Follow how much calories you spending everyday. Gain more and more calories than you burning everyday. If you gaining more calories than you burning everyday, it means your body storing few extra fat in your body. It’s a good sign for weight gain.

• Sleep around 8-10 hours in a day. It is better if you are sleeping for 1-2 hours at noon after a heavy lunch. Then at the after noon eat one glass of healthy milk, a piece of fruit and few good sweets.

• Take a admission to a nearest gym and make a habit of regular exercise. Picks weight, it will pump your body mussels to increase more. Don’t leave gym suddenly after a few days or weeks or months, it may very dangerous for your health. You may get thinner before past.

• Choose all protein or healthy food in the morning at the break fast. For example, bread with butter, one banana, one half boil egg and a glass of milk is a very good break fast to be healthy or gaining weight.

• Attend every parties or invitations and don’t shame to eat there till your stomach affords it. Try to enjoy all that time when you are out with your friends.

• Don’t make yourself alone too long time. It makes you psychologically moral ness.

• Don’t think un necessary matter. The results of much thinking, is bad for your health. It may brings some mental diseases also.


I think that’s enough to gain more weight you want. Just follow all of those above points. If you still not gaining weight or getting more thin by days, then contact with good a physician or Doctor. Check up your full body after discuss with your doctor.

Good Weight Lose Tips And Diet Chart





Everybody knows that Fat is such a things which takes our life towords dead line. Reason of nothing but the extra or un necessary fat in our bodies are calling few very dangerous disease. After that many of us trying to lose few weights. May be till then its going too late that we fails to recovery.
If you are over weight, it means many life threatening diseases may enter any time in your life. Here my suggestion is, If you are young and you lose few weight and maintain a ideal (Slim) body, then you will not only look beautiful to others but your body will protect many dangerous diseases to enter in your life. So what we thinking about? To lose weight? Lets do it.


I am providing few very importance tips bellow that will help you to lose weight –


* At first makes a dream to do any thing for lose weight and determine about it.


* You need to set your goal and starting your first day of it, with exercise and diet both together. If you thinking for only exercise or only diet to make your weight lose program successfully, its wrong. After few days you will be frustrated, when you will see the progress is very slow. The better I like to say, make a routine with few essential exercises a good diet chart and follow it everyday.

* Don’t keep your stomach empty as very long periods of time. Specially when its afternoon or evening or going out side with friends. If you have a empty stomach then, you must go for junk food or some drinks like, Cold drink, snaks, cheaps, pizza etc. It will increase your body weight more with more extra fat.

* Try to take such kind of food, which has very low calorie or fat. Fresh fruits, vegetables as more you can. This food will not only low in fat but are also high with other nutrients and fiber which keep your body to be more healthy and lose weight.

* Take a glass of water before taking meal or dinner. After that take another glass of water after you take meal or dinner. It will be more good if you eat a plate of green salad just before lunch and dinner.

* Eat proteins, but be conscious about it. Avoid the yellow part of the eggs, oily fish, the skin of fishes its include a large amount of fat. Avoid red meats. Avoid all other high calories food totally like cheese, burger, cakes, pastries, tanduri, Chocolate, ice cream etc.

* Drink water as many u can. Try to drink 2-3 lit. of fresh water each day.


* Eat slow when you taking meals or dinner. Try to bites at least 12-14 times when you taking food.

* Don’t ever over eat . Take small food 4-5 times in a day with lots of water and low calorie fruits, but don’t eat too much food at one time. Remember one thing our bodies need energy to keep active all our body’s function properly. We gets that require energy from food. If we over eat, it means we taking excess energy in our bodies. This excess energy store in our bodies as fat.

* Drink tea or coffee, but with out sugar is the best option to get a good result for your health.

* Follow a good diet chart with lots of fresh water and fresh low calorie fruits.

* Regular exercise is another main part to weight loses, if you like gym then its well. Otherwise free hand exercise is the best at home. 30-45 mins exercise enough for a day. Just choose all those weight losing exercise and do it regularly.

* If you are too busy at office or some other job, then try to increase your physical movement as much you can. Take a 5 mins walk after every 2 hours.

* Make fresh water as your favorite drink. Drink one glass of fresh water in every one hour. Don’t shame or fear to go toilet a many number of times, and don’t reduce you drinking of water for that silly reason.


Following in this way, you will get you dream figure with in few of days. My experience say, if you follow the all above points continue 45-60 days with few good weight lose exercise, I assure you that you will lose around 4-5 kgs (depend on you) in those days.

How Many Calories We Burn With Daily Exercise and Regular Activities





I am writing this topic at 1 p.m on 20 November, 2010 after a very deep thinking about human Fitness.

Most of us unable to do any kind of exercise when they working! But my experience says,we should take daily 25- 40 minutes exercise each 5-6 days in a week.
People who are too busy in office or any other working place, they should worm up their bodies every 2 hours when working. If you are a very hard worker, then you may 1-2 times simple walk just around. Who have enough time at home (house wife), you should take a regular base free hand exercise or go to gym to maintain your bodies.


• Here I sharing with you about few very important exercise to lose extra weight or burn calories. Here are all of those Exercise name - Sit Up, Side Twisting (Twister-gym instrument), Front-Back bending, Side Bending, Crunch, Squats, Cycling, Leg Crossing, Upper Body Twisting, Free Trunk Twist, Leg Crossing, Skipping etc. I will discuss about all these exercise in my next thread.


• After reading a lots of books, I gathered few knowledge about calories gain and calories burn. About the regular works, we are doing always. But most of us don’t know how many calories we gains or burns from our regular works or exercise.

• Lets see how much calories we burn everyday with exercise or regular activities. Here the left column in that chart is, ‘The exercise and Activities we made each day’. And the right side column in the chart is, ‘The calories we burning per hour.’ Now see the chart bellow about how it is.

We need calories in our bodies to maintain our BMI (Basal Metabolic Rate or Body Mass Index). We are Getting these required calories in our body by eating food and few from in our body’s fat. And the other side, we are burning calories through our daily works and regular activities.

If we gains much calories than we burns everyday basis, then we are inviting fat to store in our bodies. In this way, with in few of days we gets very healthy and call many problem or disease. So we should maintain this calories each and everyday.

And when we gains calories less than we burns everyday. It means our bodies managing this less calories from our fat to maintain B.MI.

Few Easiest Way to Burn Extra Calories





I am not sure for all, but many people of us are looking for an answer "How we can gets a good and beautiful health. About a slim attractive figure." I was surrounded the past 4-5 years by these types of question. I always asked these to myself. Anyway, after a few years I got the solution to get a good looking and solid slim figure. And I got it for myself. In one line i can assure all of you that If you got extra fat on your bodies, then nothing to worry for it. you can lose your extra fat easily from your bodies. You just have to follow a good diet plan or chart with 30 minutes free hand exercise at your home. I will share it to my another weight lose topic.


Here is sharing few easiest way to burn extra calories or a little fat from our bodies with every day's program.


•> If you are at home or office, try to avoid elevators and use stairs. It will burn our extra calories.

•> When you watching TV in your home, don’t be sited too long till the shows end. Better is if you take a 1 minute worm up in side the room. Just like standing on your floor, then moving your both hands around your body twice or thrice. Go kitchen and take a glass of water or some food. Walk twice from one side to other side in side your room etc.

•> Keep walking when you going office (if near from your home) or market.

•> If you had a pet in your house, then make a hobby to walk at least 15 minutes at the early morning or evening. Take a cricket ball and play with your dog for few minutes. It will not only burn your extra calories, even your dog will be very happy to you.

•> Take your bath at your or nearest swimming pool 2-3 days in a week.

•> Use your bicycle to visit your friends house or somewhere else.

•> Go to the gym thrice in a week or take free hand exercise at your home. It will keep your mind more comfortable and active for your rest of day’s activities.

•> If you are married already, then make a regular hobby to help your wife when she working at home. Try to play sometime with your child. It will help you and your child’s health to be more strong .

•> Take a glass of fresh water at the morning at empty stomach and take breakfast after 10 minutes of drink water.

•> Clean you house or room once in a week and maintain your garden’s plants with your own hand.




This is how you can get a good health. You can do this with you daily routine works.
